With this increasing growth, the most important question arises: <strong>Are the laws keeping pace with this expansion, and do they protect the rights of both consumers and merchants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" class=\"translation-block\">E-commerce has opened doors for entrepreneurs to enter markets with unprecedented ease, but it has also brought with it complex legal challenges, most notably consumer protection, data security, cyber fraud, and the regulation of digital contracts. This is where the Saudi e-commerce law comes in, establishing a legal framework aimed at striking a balance between facilitating digital commerce and guaranteeing the rights of all parties<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" class=\"translation-block\">The system requires online stores to disclose their data clearly, grants consumers the right to return items within 7 days in some cases, and imposes penalties for misleading advertising and online fraud, issues that have long been controversial in the world of digital commerce<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" class=\"translation-block\">But despite these laws, the biggest challenge remains in <strong>implementation and oversight<\/strong>. Are legislation alone enough to protect the digital market? Or do we need more legal awareness among both traders and consumers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: right;\" class=\"translation-block\">E-commerce is the future, and the law is the guarantor of its success and sustainability.
